外国人スタッフの雇用
近年、老老介護や担い手不足が社会問題化しています。人手不足による事業所の倒産件数も年々増加しています。
10年後も20年後も、安心して生活ができるよう、弊社は外国人留学生を受け入れ、担い手の育成に尽力しています。
Supporting the Future of Care Work
In recent years, caregiver shortages and elderly people caring for other elderly people have become serious problems in Japan.
Every year, more care companies are closing due to a lack of workers.
Suddenly becoming a “care refugee” — someone who can’t receive care — is no longer just a problem for the distant future.
To make sure our users can live safely and peacefully 10 or 20 years from now,
we welcome international students and work hard to train new caregivers.
This also helps lower the average age of our staff.
During their 2 years of study at a welfare college,
we support students with:
Daily life support in Japan
・Training in Japanese culture and cooking
・In-house lessons to pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N2–N1)
・Care worker exam preparation
・Help to get other welfare-related licenses
We believe that growing young, skilled caregivers from around the world is key to a better future for everyone.

We support our staff through a special 5-year career plan designed by our company.
This system helps team members improve their skills and get important care-related qualifications.
Our goal is to build a team of home care professionals,
with staff who have multiple certifications, especially Certified Care Workers or Nurses.
We believe that by helping our staff grow,we can give better care and support to all users.
